ANNUAL END OF SEASON BANQUET

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2009 AT DOCK & DINE, OLD SAYBROOK, CT

 

Please join us at 1800 hours for cocktails with a cash bar, dinner at 1900 hours followed by awards. Invite your family, friends and crew to join us as our season comes to a close. Reservations and payment are required by November 2nd.

 

Any payment after November 2nd will be an additional five dollars per meal.

 

The final cut off for reservations is November 7th. Please return the bottom of this form along with a check made payable to DIYC.
