Dear
Duckies,
With our
boats still safely tucked away, now is the time to come out and
enjoy a little camaraderie with your fellow sailors. Our Carry-In
Supper is the traditional kick off to our social season and is our
major fundraiser for the year. Please join us for cocktails at 6:30,
dinner at 7:30, followed by a silent and live auction. A bar will be
available throughout the evening.
The past
success of this event has been exceptional and our expectations are
even higher this year.
Here is
how you can help:
1. Contribute an item in our auction table with a minimum value of
$20. We have enclosed
ideas and donation forms. If you cannot
attend this event,
arrangements can be made to pick up your item.
2. Contribute a big item to be used in our live auction.
3. You
may make a financial donation to be used for purchasing auction
items, raffle prizes,
or to help defray the costs of the event.
4. Mark
your calendar now and invite family and friends to attend. The more
the merrier.
In
return for your generosity, you will receive recognition in our
auction program, plus know that you have
helped to ensure the continued success of our club.
