Grillin’ & Chillin’
On the Deck after
the Racin' and before the Results
- Each
week ONE skipper will be chosen at random to grill (please see the
table below).
- If
the skipper will not be in attendance that week, please reach out to
Mark McCarthy (860) 301-6749.
How it
Works:
- The
skipper should send a few crew members to find Mark to get the key
to the food storage.
- Mark
will be up on the deck with the lockbox collecting money, crew is
responsible for taking
orders.
- After
the night, the skipper and crew are in charge of cleaning the
grill/area, kitchen, dishes/utensils, taking out trash, making sure
club is clean (pushed in chairs/tables cleaned off) and returning any materials back to the food
storage.

Please remember the club is now BYOB.
Cost:
$4 for (cheese)burger, $3 for hot dog, both with salad/chips and soda/water included. Any questions or concerns
please reach out to Mark.
(It is okay to find another skipper and
boat crew to share grill duty.)
