Classes and Handicaps: |
Will be determined by the Race Committee prior to the Series, using PHRF-LIS ratings. For each entrant (except in the Etchells class), a current, valid PHRF-LIS certificate must be on file and available in the ECSA/PHRF-LIS online database before the Close of Entries, or be submitted to the Race Committee with entry form. |

Check-in: |
All boats must, upon approaching the Starting Area, check in with the Race Committee Signal Boat prior to the first warning, by hailing or by VHF radio on Channel 68. The Race Committee will respond to the call "Duck Island Race Committee." |
