4. The Course:

The addition of the letter S after the course number posted on the course board indicates that all marks except the start/finish are to be left to Starboard. 

7. Marks:

Please delete and replace with:

All marks will be yellow except the starting mark and any change marks positioned during the race and signaled at the previous mark rounding by a nearby RC boat displaying the C flag with multiple sound signals.  Change marks may alternate between yellow and orange at any time during racing.

8. The Start:

Please delete the following:

Etchells may not sail through the start/finish line on any leg of the course other than starting or finishing.

9. The Finish:

Please delete and replace with:

The finish line will be between an orange flag located on the RC boat and the nearest orange mark set to port. Finishes will be upwind.
